Your dashboard

Start with what needs you.

Open the dashboard to see the creators awaiting approval and the drafts coming up. Campaigns already running sit alongside them, so you can check progress without losing track of your next decision.

Use the prompt to find creators or start a campaign in plain language. You can also ask what needs your attention or how a campaign performed.

What needs you: two decisions waiting, then the campaigns in planning, running and completed columns beside recent mentions.

Approvals

See the work before you say yes.

Review each creator’s audience, recent work and proposed role, with a note from your strategist explaining the choice. Your approval is required before booking, production and publication.

For content, the media and caption arrive with the posting window and usage licence. Creator fees stay in escrow until you approve payment, with payouts across 65+ countries and tax handled.

One creator card awaiting approval: profile, 214.6K followers, 3.1% engagement, the strategist’s note, the beat, and approve or decline.

Know when it’s your turn.

Of the eleven campaign stages, Beatly runs five. The other six wait for your input. See the current stage for every creator and what happens after each decision.

Discovery · free

Find creators worth a closer look.

Search Instagram and TikTok for your next campaign. Filter by audience country and age, engagement, reel views or follower growth. Find lookalikes of creators you already have in mind, then save a list. You can also save profiles with the Chrome plugin. No account needed to start.

Before a creator joins your campaign, we agree availability, deliverables, fees and usage.

Discovery’s filter panel mid-search: bio phrase “trail running”, age 25 to 44, verified accounts only, a lookalike of one account, minimum engagement 2.5 and follower growth of 5%.

Distribution

Give strong content a bigger audience.

Extend organic content through Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads, or reach audiences through programmatic, CTV, digital out-of-home and audio. The network covers two million media publishers.

You set the boost budget. Media is bought at cost in your own ad accounts, and approved assets stay in your library for future campaigns under the agreed usage rights.

Measurement

Brand lift, measured in-house.

When your campaign includes a lift study, we use our own panels to compare awareness, consideration and purchase intent with an unexposed control group. Brand lift measures the difference between those groups.

A study needs enough audience and planned delivery to support it. We confirm eligibility and cost in your proposal, before launch.

Questions before you brief

Can we use Discovery on its own?

Yes. Search and build lists for free, without an account. The rest of the platform comes with a managed Beatly campaign. Your proposal sets out what is included.

Do we have to install anything?

No. The platform runs in the browser. The Chrome plugin is optional and only adds pinning a creator to a list from their profile page.

Where does the reporting live?

In a shared Google Looker Studio dashboard that updates during the campaign. We agree the metric definitions and reporting window with you before work starts.

What happens to the content after the campaign?

Approved assets stay in your library. What you can do with them afterwards follows the usage agreed with each creator: channels, territory and duration.

Can we work with our media agency?

Yes. We agree who approves creators and content, and where feedback is collected, so each creator receives one set of revisions.
