Creator campaigns for media agencies
Bring Beatly into the creator part of your client’s media plan. We can discuss creator selection, content production, distribution and reporting around the strategy your team owns.
- Work scoped around your client brief
- Clear approval responsibilities
- Content and measurement planned together
Agree on who owns each decision
Name the client-facing lead, the person approving creators and the person signing off content. Agree on where feedback is collected so creators receive one clear set of revisions.
The first conversation should establish how Beatly’s work fits your existing media and creative partners. Confirm any confidentiality, branding and client-access requirements in the scope.
| Workstream | Questions to settle together |
|---|---|
| Strategy | What audience and outcome does the creator work serve? |
| Creative | Who approves the brief, shortlist and final content? |
| Distribution | Who books the media and confirms placement specifications? |
| Reporting | Which data, definitions and delivery dates does the client need? |
Make creator content usable in the media plan
Identify the placements before production. The brief should cover organic creator posts, brand-owned content and paid assets separately, with agreed formats and usage.
For a plan involving paid social, CTV or digital out-of-home, check the selected media owner’s current requirements. Leave time for edits and approvals before the booked delivery date.
Keep the report useful to the client
Agree on reporting definitions before launch. Reach from separate platforms should not become a claim about unique people unless the measurement supports that calculation.
If the proposal includes brand lift, confirm channel coverage, study eligibility and the exposed-versus-control design. Request group sizes, response rates and uncertainty alongside the headline result. Discuss data access and any report branding requirements before committing the scope.
Send the brief you already have
Share the market, campaign objective, planned dates and role of creator content in the wider plan. Include budget, deliverables and approval constraints if they are already agreed. We can use that to discuss the creator work and the remaining decisions.
Questions before you brief
Can Beatly work inside our existing media plan?
Yes. The scope defines which creator, production, distribution and reporting work Beatly handles alongside your team, and who owns each decision: strategy, creative approval, media booking, reporting. See: For media agencies.
Who talks to the client?
Whoever you decide. The first conversation settles the client-facing lead, who approves creators, who signs off content, and where feedback is collected so creators get one set of revisions. Confidentiality, branding and client access go into the scope.
Can creator content run in our paid placements, on CTV or out of home?
Yes, when the usage is agreed before production. The brief covers organic creator posts, brand-owned content and paid assets separately, with formats and usage per placement. The Rights Builder writes that clause. See: Build the usage clause.
What does the client get in the report?
Definitions agreed before launch, and reach from separate platforms never added up into a claim about unique people unless the measurement supports it. Where brand lift is included: group sizes, response rates and uncertainty next to the headline. Data access and report branding are set in the proposal.
Do we send the client’s brief or write a new one?
Send the one you have. Add the agency-side constraints, approvals and dates, and the first conversation resolves the rest.
