How to remove Beatly's access to your Meta ad accounts and ask us to delete the data.
Deleting data from connected advertising accounts
If you connected a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ad account to Beatly, you can remove our access and ask us to delete the data at any time:
- Disconnect the ad account in Beatly: open the account menu, choose Ad Accounts, and remove the account. You can also remove "Beatly Ads Manager" under Facebook Settings → Business integrations.
- Email creators@beatly.com with the subject "Delete Meta data" and the ad account ID (or the email you use to log in to Beatly).
- We confirm by email and delete the data within 30 days.
